Application of Natural Barite:

It is widely used as weighting material in drilling fluid for drilling well protecting.

When used in dope and paint, barite powder can be used as filler in the manufacture of paint, to take the place of some expensive materials such as barium sulphate precipitated, lithopone, titanium dioxide etc, it can control the viscosity of the paint compatibly to make the products with better brightness and luster, and better stability.

When used in plastic industry, barite powder can be used as filler of ABS plastic or counter and mahjong to bring better brightness and luster to the products. It can also improve the intensity, stiffness and abrasive resistance of the product.

When used in rubber industry, the powder with particle size under 28um can be widely used as filler of rubber. It can help to reduce cost and improve the intensity; it is also acid, alkali and water proof. It can better reinforce the action of caoutchouc and synthetic rubber, too.

When used in paper making industry, super micronized barite powder can be used as the filler to white paperboard and coat paper, help improving the whiteness and percentage of coverage.

Application of Barium Sulfate Precipitated:

Super micronized Barium Sulfate Precipitated is functional filler using in rubber, painting and other chemical industries. It is special for its chemical stability and insolubility, high purity, high refractive index, low abradability, low oil absorption and easy to be wetting and high density property.

Micro Barium Sulfate Precipitated power, with very tiny crystal particle size and low oil absorption, had best spacing capability between white or color pigment particle. By keeping certain distance between the pigment particles, it can avoid clotting and flocculation and improve the coloring efficiency. Also it has excellent dispersion stability of the painting material so totally ensure the entire function of products. And can be used instead of part of colored pigment to improve the intensity of the color without affecting its luster and covering power.
